The Customer must provide a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the appointment to reschedule or cancel. Past 48 hours there will be a £10.00 fee Cancellations made after 24 hours of your appointment time were be subject to a 50% charge of your appointment cost.
Yes, we do accept walk-ins, but we recommend making an appointment to ensure availability.

In the interest of service provision to other customers anyone arriving late to an appointment is liable to having their service time reduced accordingly to minimise the impact on others. in the case of our stylist running late we will try our best to contact you prior to you arrIrving .
